Rates and Policies

We have three rooms with views upstairs that share a full bathroom. (Bedroom names; Vista, Escondida, Muñecas)
$75 us dollars

There are three rooms downstairs that share a full bathroom.
$60 us dollars

There is also an outside toilet.

Angeles is a suite with full bath, fireplace and sitting area.
$90 us dollars.

Flores is an upstairs room with views and a private full bathroom.
$90 us dollars.

Coffee and tea are ready by 7:00 am and breakfast served at 9:00 unless other arrangements have been made.

Check-out time is 1:00 pm

• Kevin will pick up travellers from Morelia (international airport); and taxi service arranged for pick up from DF, Guadalajara, Leon. Ixtapa airports (all approximately 4 - 5 hrs away).
• Kevin and Arminda share a wealth of knowledge of the region and can plan and guide very informative, inspiring day tours local or further afield. You may have to book ahead as they are in demand for their expertise and local knowledge.
• With a rich variety of fruits and vegetables, located near the center of avocado growing region, the local markets and roadside stands are filled each day with freshly picked produce. Just wash and enjoy.
